The Founder – Rriddhi Sameer Thakkaar

Rriddhi’s journey into therapy began with a deep curiosity about human emotions and the inner patterns that shape people’s lives. Early in her work as a counselling psychologist, she observed that while insight and conversation are essential, many individuals continued to feel emotionally stuck even after understanding their experiences.

This led her to explore approaches that work beyond conscious awareness — gently engaging emotional memory, the nervous system, and subconscious patterns.

Over time, her work deepened through advanced, internationally recognised training in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, Past Life Matrix Reimprinting, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and trauma-informed care.

Today, her approach reflects the belief that every individual’s story is unique, and therapy is most effective when it is structured yet flexible, gentle yet meaningful, and paced according to the person’s emotional readiness.

At Ekmaan, this journey translates into therapy that goes beyond conversation — offering a thoughtful, personalised process rooted in safety, depth, and integration.

The Journey Behind Ekmaan

It Began with a Question

Why do some individuals understand their struggles… yet still feel stuck?

What I Observed

In my early work, I saw that insight alone was not always enough. People could explain their emotions, yet not feel relief.

What Shifted My Approach

This led me to explore deeper work—beyond conscious thought—working with emotional memory, the body, and subconscious patterns.

The Work Deepened

My practice evolved through international training in EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, and trauma-informed care.

What I Believe Today

Each individual is different. Therapy should be personalised, paced, and respectful of your readiness.

Ekmaan

Ekmaan was created as a space where therapy goes beyond conversation—supporting clarity, balance, and meaningful emotional change.
